As someone who gives preference to cloth pants, rather than jeans, and who can therefore struggle to find alternatives, especially when it comes to casual outfits, I can proudly present the following beautiful khaki pants I recently discovered at COS.
They are super lightweight, perfect for spring or autumn and flatter everything below your bellybutton. What I specially love is that no matter what you wear with them, they somehow still add that little chic-ness; it always depends on how you combine it. A white tight shirt and light brown high heels would do well for an evening dinner out.
I believe personal style is something that should help represent you. They should not make you copy or encourage you to be like someone else. However, to do that, you must firstly identify that you. Otherwise, you will always want to look like somebody else. But, “Who are you?” Have you ever asked yourself that question?
Have you ever asked yourself… why you are here?
Or… where you are going?
And not these things, do you know what you can do?
As Rachel Zoe said, you can say who you are without having to speak through your personal style. I believe that once you discover your actual value, you discover yourself. And once you discover yourself, you discover your calling. Once you discover your calling, you will know how to represent yourself.
Finding the reason behind your existence will solve a problem on this earth. The question is, are you ready to be a solution? And, from a style point of view, are you ready to represent?
With love and gratitude,
