Adding value to other people’s lives is what I strive to do with everything I am posting on this blog. Black History Month was an opportunity for me to do just that, and my aim is to expand on it as this blog evolves. Going forward, my outfit posts will be dedicated to add value as well – not only by hopefully inspiring you to mix up your own outfits, adding some class and elegance to it 😉 – but by listing facts, quotes and statistics around the topics of relationship, singleness and life.
To all the men: A woman is fully capable of being faithful. Temptation is not her weakness. All she wants is love (attention, honesty, loyalty). Before she “cheats” she will wine, cry, and complain about all the things that make her unhappy. Consider it a warning before destruction. Pay attention to your woman. Never make her feel single, or she will act as such.
A woman who walks in purpose does not chase people or opportunities. As she is adding value to herself, her light will cause people and opportunities to pursue her.
It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see. The only time you should ever look back is to see how far you’ve come.
You will notice that it is not hard to make decisions, once you know what your values are. Your values are what will make you act. You will stand for something. You will know that wrong is wrong, even if everybody is doing it. And you know that right is right, even if no one is doing it.
Until a man finds himself, he will ruin every woman he comes across.
The best way to give love and be loved is to love yourself first. To the extent that you love yourself, you will be able to love others. To the extent you love others, to that extent you will be able to love yourself.
